Social Life
On alternate Fridays there is a club, after choir practice, which meets between 8.30 pm and 10.00 pm, where the boys enjoy a wide variety of activities and are able to let off steam. This takes place at the Hyndman Centre on Hospital Road. There is plenty of parking. Any help getting the boys from St. Mary’s to club would be gratefully received. Pick up is at 10 pm. Attending club is entirely voluntary.
During the first week of the school summer holidays there is a choir camp arranged for the boys by the men of the choir, as a thank you for their efforts during the year.
At Christmas the boys are treated to a trip to the Theatre Royal in Bury St. Edmunds to see the annual pantomime.
